Abstract

This study investigated the synergistic effect of combining alcoholic and nano-extracts of Black Seed (Nigella sativa) at various concentrations (, , , and ) on the chemical components and volatile oil yield of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.). The results demonstrated that the interaction between these extracts significantly enhanced the plant's phytochemical profile and maximized essential oil productivity compared to individual treatments. Statistical analysis (LSD at ) confirmed that specific combinations of both extracts exerted a powerful bio-stimulating influence, suggesting that integrating green-synthesized black seed nano-extracts with traditional alcoholic extracts is a highly effective, eco-friendly strategy to improve the commercial and medicinal value of coriander.
